12 months · Your names and dates · Optional memories or messages · Text download · Blank or filled printing · No account

Getting the worksheet ready…

Your words stay in this page’s memory. They are not uploaded or autosaved: refreshing or closing clears them. Download text or print before leaving. Include only details you are comfortable sharing.

Keep the birthdays your family wants to remember

Choose a month and add names and dates, one per line. Add an optional memory or birthday message beside them. This calendar sends no reminders.

January

Write a name and date on each line. Use the wording you know; leave an uncertain date clear rather than guessing.

A small memory, a saying or words you would like to include in a card. These notes print with the dates.

A place for the dates you want to keep

Choose a month and write one name and date per line. You do not need a birth year or a full legal name. If a date is uncertain, say so in your own words or leave it to ask about. Use the second field for a memory, a familiar saying or words you might put in a card. There is no automatic sorting, age calculation or date checking.

The Printabulls birthday calendar guide describes printable places to write birthdays for family use. Calendarpedia’s birthday-calendar introduction explains the undated approach: month names without a fixed year or weekdays. This original MemoirWell worksheet uses that simple idea, with an optional space for your own words; no publisher templates or designs are reproduced.

Your list stays a list

This tool does not send reminders or messages, import contacts or connect to another calendar. A saved copy contains the names, dates and notes you entered, so include only details you want in that copy. Check dates with the people concerned before sharing the list.

A fictional example

January names and dates: Jo — January 8; Rosa — day to ask about. Memory or message: Jo always found time for one more porch story. Ask Rosa which date she wants us to keep. These are invented notes, not a record of real people.

Before you save your birthday calendar

Is this a free printable family birthday calendar?

Yes. A calendar without month notes prints all twelve months with writing lines. Filled printing and the TXT download keep months with names, dates or a message and skip untouched months. A month with only a message is included too.

Does this calendar work for more than one year?

It is undated: it has months, without a year or weekdays. The text you write is kept as written. If you include a year-specific message, review that wording when you reuse the copy.

Are the birthdays saved or uploaded?

They stay only in this page’s memory, without upload or autosave. Refreshing or closing clears the calendar. Download text or print before leaving. Saved TXT or PDF copies cannot be reopened as an editable calendar here.

How do I print a blank or partly filled calendar?

Choose Review my calendar, then Print or save PDF, or print from the browser menu while editing. Choose Letter or A4 and check the preview. The blank sheet has a box for each month; filled copies show the months you used, with their field labels. Long text can continue onto later pages.

What memory comes with the date?

Save your calendar first. MemoirWell’s separate guided interview can help you develop your own memory into an AI-assisted draft chapter to check and edit. Birthday notes are not transferred automatically.
