Family reunion conversation bingo

Start with a story someone wants to share

Ask a willing relative about one square, then write their name or initials on the paper card. A row, column or diagonal can be a shared goal. You can also use the card without keeping score, simply as a way to begin conversations.

The Tastefully Frugal reunion-bingo article describes a conversation game and making copies of one card. Let’s Get Together’s family-reunion article describes collecting names and then drawing names to call. This MemoirWell card is for conversations, with original prompts and layout; no publisher board or printable is reproduced.

Choose wording for your group

Read the prompts before printing and change anything that does not suit your gathering. Agree whether one person’s name may appear in several squares; that can help a smaller group play. Anyone may pass on a question or choose another square.

A fictional example

For an invented Maple cousins gathering, Jo asks Rosa about a family garden and writes Rosa’s name under that square. The conversation can be the whole activity. Your family chooses which memories to share and whether to keep any notes afterward.

Before you print your bingo card

Is this a free printable family reunion bingo card?

Yes. Edit twenty-four squares around a free center, download the wording as text or print Letter or A4. An empty card leaves lines for handwriting. A filled card keeps all square positions, including any empty ones, and adds a line for a person’s name or initials.

Will the starter ideas overwrite my wording?

No. Fill empty squares with starter ideas adds original prompts only where a square has no written text. Your custom wording stays exactly as entered. You can edit or clear each square afterward. Filling a cleared square with a starter idea replaces its pending Undo with new wording.

Does it shuffle different cards or collect players’ names?

It makes one card layout to copy for your group. It does not shuffle cards, collect responses or record players’ names. People write their answers on paper. Change the square wording here if you want another version.

Are my prompts saved or uploaded?

They stay only in this page’s memory, without upload or autosave. Refreshing or closing clears them. Download text or print before leaving. Saved TXT and PDF copies cannot be reopened here as an editable card. Longer wording can require more pages; check the print preview.

Keep a memory from the conversation

Save your card first. MemoirWell’s separate guided interview can help you develop a memory into an AI-assisted draft chapter to check and edit. Bingo prompts are not transferred automatically.
