Family reunion agenda template you can fill in and print.

Up to 20 activities · Your own times and wording · Text download · Blank or filled printing · No account

Getting the worksheet ready…

Your plans stay in this page’s memory. They are not uploaded or autosaved: refreshing or closing clears them. Download text or print before leaving. Check arrangements with the people involved before sharing a copy.

Put the gathering in your own order

Start with one activity and add up to twenty in the order you want them to appear. Times are your own words; entries are not sorted or scheduled automatically. Every field is optional.

Activity 1

Use your own wording, such as after lunch or around 2 p.m. This tool does not calculate times.

Give this part of the gathering a short name. Leave plans that are undecided clear.

A room, table or meeting point people will recognize.

A name or role agreed with the person. An entry here does not send them an invitation.

What to bring, an accessibility arrangement, a story prompt or something still to check. Keep only details you want on the printed copy.

Turn the plan into an order people can follow

Use one entry for each part of the gathering. Write times the way you need them: “after lunch”, “around 2 p.m.” or a time window. Entries keep the order in which you add them. The tool does not interpret times, detect overlaps or arrange the day for you.

The Reunly family reunion schedule description uses time, activity, location and responsibility as practical schedule headings. FamilySearch’s reunion ideas include ways to share photos, stories and family history. These are possible activities to choose from, rather than a required order. This worksheet’s prompts and fictional example are original; no publisher schedule or template is reproduced.

Keep preparations and the day itself separate

Use the planning checklist for decisions before the gathering. Use this agenda for the intended order on the day. Ask people before listing them as helpers, check the meeting points and leave any undecided arrangement clear. An entry does not invite someone, reserve a venue or confirm an accessibility arrangement.

A fictional example

Maple cousins gathering. Date: a Saturday to confirm. Activity 1: After lunch — a short photo-table conversation in the porch room; Jo is checking who can help. Details: bring a copy of one photo and ask before sharing someone’s story. Activity 2: Later in the afternoon — a quiet break, with the meeting point still to check. These people and plans are invented.

Before you save the agenda

Is this a free printable family reunion agenda template?

Yes. Start with one activity and add up to twenty. A blank copy prints one activity worksheet with handwriting lines. A filled copy includes activities with text in any field and skips untouched entries. Original activity numbers stay in the saved copy.

Does it sort times or send invitations?

No. Times are your own text and activities stay in entry order. Check that order and any overlaps yourself. This page does not send invitations, reminders or email, and it does not make bookings.

Are my plans saved or uploaded?

They stay only in this page’s memory, without upload or autosave. Refreshing or closing clears them. Download text or print before leaving. Saved TXT or PDF copies cannot be reopened here as an editable agenda. Include only details you want in that copy.

How do I print or save a PDF?

Choose Review my agenda, then Print or save PDF, or print from the browser menu while editing. Choose Letter or A4 and check the preview. Long words and notes can continue onto later pages. The printed copy keeps your wording and activity order.

Save a story from the gathering

Save the agenda first. MemoirWell’s separate guided interview can help you develop your own memory into an AI-assisted draft chapter to check and edit. Agenda entries are not transferred automatically.
