Ask what each act needs before the show
A short description and an approximate length help the coordinator plan the evening. Put music and equipment beside the same act so a microphone or backing track is easy to check. Ask performers which names they want shared. You can use a group name without listing ages or personal contact details.
The Reunly talent show guide suggests gathering performer details, an act description, music and equipment needs before the reunion. Jotform’s talent show sign-up sheet shows a different approach: an online application feeds a shared table. This original worksheet is for typing your own notes or writing on paper; it does not collect applications.
A fictional example
Performers: Rosa and Jo. Act: a short story about the old garden. Length: about three minutes. Music: none planned. Equipment: two chairs; ask the coordinator about the microphone. These names and arrangements are invented.
Use the family reunion agenda for the whole day, or the volunteer sign-up sheet for helpers’ jobs. Save each copy separately; entries do not transfer between tools.
Before you share the sheet
Can I print a blank talent show sign-up sheet?
Yes. An empty sheet has twelve places for performers, an act and its length, plus a music or equipment line under each place. Adding only the sheet title or show details keeps this blank layout. Print from the browser menu while editing, or choose Review my sheet and Print or save PDF. Check Letter or A4 in the preview.
What happens when I type an act?
The filled copy keeps written acts and their original numbers. Music and equipment print directly below the matching act. The screen table leaves empty cells blank. Filled prints use compact blocks with only written fields, then include unused places from numbers 1–12 for writing in more acts. Text downloads keep only written acts. A music-only or equipment-only entry is included. Ordinary short entries stay together. If any act has long wording, this copy switches to a full-width detail list in the same order. Short acts stay together in this detail list, too. All written fields are kept; long text and handwriting places may continue onto more pages. A last sheet may contain only a few empty places. You can select which pages to print in the browser’s print dialog.
Will it collect signups or calculate the show length?
No. Fill in this local worksheet yourself and share the saved copy. It does not accept online applications, upload music, send messages, add up durations or choose a running order. Lengths stay exactly as you write them. Check the final order and arrangements with your coordinator.
Where is it saved, and how does Undo work?
Your sheet stays only in this page’s memory, without upload or autosave. Refreshing or closing clears it. Download text or print before leaving; saved TXT and PDF files cannot be reopened here for editing. Clear this act asks first. Undo restores all five fields until you type in that same act or close the page; editing another act or the show details keeps Undo available. The sheet holds up to twenty acts, and tells you when it is full.
Keep one story from the evening
Save your sheet first. MemoirWell’s separate guided interview can help you turn your own memory into an AI-assisted draft chapter to check and edit. It does not import this sheet or contact performers.
