Share the work of your family reunion.

Give each job a clear name and time. Add someone who has agreed to help, or print an open sheet to pass around. Keep the arrangements you still need to confirm beside the list.

Getting the worksheet ready…

The worksheet hasn’t loaded. Reload the page

Your sheet stays in this page’s memory. It is not uploaded or autosaved: refreshing or closing clears it. Download text or print before leaving. Include only details you want in the saved copy.

Share a job, a time and a name

Start with three empty entries and add up to twenty. All fields are optional. Write one job and time window per entry, then add a helper who has agreed. Entries stay in the order you add them; nothing is sent or scheduled.

Entry 1

Name one useful job so a helper knows what they are agreeing to do.

Write your own day or time window. Mark a time that still needs confirming.

Add a person or group who has agreed, or leave room for someone to write their name.

Use the contact details or meeting point your helper wants shared on this copy.

Keep an unfinished arrangement, handoff or question beside the job. This page does not contact anyone.

Other arrangements to confirm

Let someone choose a useful job

Write a specific task, the day or time window, and where the helper should meet you. Ask before adding a name. Leave the helper field empty when a job is still open; the printed sheet can make space for a conversation at your planning meeting.

The Reunly volunteer printable groups reunion work into crews with specific jobs and a lead organizer. SignUpGenius describes role-based and shift-based sheets for showing the work and time people can choose. This original MemoirWell worksheet keeps your own arrangements in a simple printable table.

A fictional example

Job: welcome guests at the north door. When: Saturday, 10–10:30 a.m., to confirm. Helper: Jo. Meeting point: the welcome table. Details to confirm: ask Lee where the spare name tags will be. An empty helper field means you have not entered a name; this page cannot tell whether someone is available.

Use the reunion planning checklist for the wider preparations, the reunion agenda for the event’s running order, and the potluck sheet for dishes and supplies. Save each copy separately.

Before you share the sheet

Can I print a blank family reunion volunteer sign-up sheet?

Yes. A blank print has identifying fields, fifteen rows and three lines for other arrangements. Adding only the identifying fields keeps that blank layout. A filled print keeps the original entry numbers and skips untouched entries. Its table shows the job, time, helper and contact or meeting point; only written confirmation notes appear below. Leave helper and contact cells empty for people to fill by hand; filled-sheet rows leave handwriting room. Long text may continue onto more pages. Preview Letter or A4 before printing.

Will this collect online signups or send reminders?

No. This is a worksheet you fill in yourself, not an online form for your guests. It does not send messages, collect replies, reserve places, check availability or assign shifts. Time labels are your own text and are not checked or sorted. Printing or downloading does not confirm anyone’s participation.

What if I have only a note or a meeting point?

All fields are optional. An entry with any written field is included even if it has no job title or helper. Filled text downloads include only the entry fields you wrote; an empty text download offers one entry outline. Text and printed copies preserve your wording, spaces and line breaks.

Where is my sheet saved?

Only in this page’s memory. It is not uploaded or autosaved. Refreshing or closing clears it, so download text or print before leaving. TXT and PDF copies cannot be reopened here for editing. Share saved copies yourself with the people who need the arrangements.

How do Clear and Undo work?

Clear this entry asks first. Undo restores all five fields until you write new text in that same entry or close the page. Editing the identifying fields or another entry keeps Undo available. Browser-menu printing also works while you are editing.

Leave room for a family story, too

Save your volunteer sheet first. MemoirWell’s separate guided interview can help turn your own memory into an AI-assisted draft chapter to check and edit. It does not import this sheet or contact your helpers.
