A free working list for a family gathering

Family reunion guest list template you can fill in and print.

Keep a person or household, their response and the next question together. Make a list you can check with the family, save as text or carry as a printed worksheet.

Up to 20 people or households · Your own response notes · Text download · Blank or filled printing · No account

Getting the worksheet ready…

Your notes stay in this page’s memory. They are not uploaded or autosaved: refreshing or closing clears them. Download text or print before leaving. Contact references and other notes are included in the saved copy.

Keep the people and response notes together

Start with one person or household and add up to twenty entries. Record a response in your own words and keep any uncertainty clear. Every field is optional.

Guest entry 1

Use the name or label you want on this working list. One entry can cover a household.

Keep the people belonging to this entry together, in your own wording.

For example, waiting for a reply or a plan still to confirm. This tool does not collect replies.

Type a number or an uncertain note. The tool does not total or interpret this text.

An address-book label can help you find the contact details separately. Include only details you want in the saved copy.

A meeting point or a practical question to discuss with this person. An entry does not make an arrangement for them.

What you want to ask next, who will ask or a note about a reply you received.

Family reunion guest list

Keep the guest and response notes you entered. A name or note here does not confirm attendance.

Keep the response beside the name

Use one entry for a person or a household. Note the names belonging to that entry, what you heard about attending and anything still to check. A number can be your own text, including “to confirm”; the worksheet does not calculate a headcount.

The Template.net guest-list introduction describes organizing family information and RSVPs. The Reunly template catalog lists RSVP forms and day-of sign-in sheets separately. This is a manual planning worksheet: it does not collect replies or record who arrived automatically. Its prompts, fictional example and layout are original, with no publisher template reproduced.

Leave room for an uncertain answer

Write “waiting for a reply” when that is what you know. Ask before treating a practical arrangement as settled. A contact reference can be an address-book label rather than contact details. All fields you fill appear in the saved worksheet, so choose the details you want in that copy.

A fictional example

Maple cousins gathering. Person or household: Jo’s household. Names: Jo and Rosa; a third name to confirm. Response: waiting for a reply. Number expected: not yet known. Contact reference: family address-book entry J. Next step: ask Jo whether the meeting point works. These people and plans are invented.

Before you save the guest list

Is this a free printable family reunion guest list template?

Yes. Add up to twenty person or household entries. A blank copy prints one handwriting worksheet. A filled copy includes entries with text in any field and skips untouched entries. An entry with only a response or follow-up note is included. Original entry numbers stay with the text.

Will it send invitations, collect RSVPs or total the guests?

No. You type the response and any expected number yourself. The worksheet does not send invitations, email or reminders, collect replies, total a headcount or confirm attendance. Use it to keep the information you have gathered manually.

Are names or contact references saved or uploaded?

They stay only in this page’s memory, without upload or autosave. Refreshing or closing clears them. Download text or print before leaving. Saved TXT or PDF copies cannot be reopened here as an editable list. The saved copy includes every field you filled.

How do I print or save a PDF?

Choose Review my list, then Print or save PDF, or print from the browser menu while editing. Choose Letter or A4 and check the preview. Long words and notes can continue onto later pages. Entry order and your wording are preserved.

Keep a story from the gathering too

Save your guest list first. MemoirWell’s separate guided interview can help you develop your own memory into an AI-assisted draft chapter to check and edit. Guest-list notes are not transferred automatically.
