A family reunion photo scavenger hunt
Find a few moments worth keeping.
Make a photo-moment list for your family gathering. Change the prompts to fit your group, tick Done for your own record and keep a detail or file reminder beside each idea. This page makes the list; your own camera and photo storage stay separate.

Make the hunt fit the people who are there
Choose a few details you want to remember about the gathering. Agree on the activity with your group, ask before photographing someone and change or skip a prompt whenever you prefer. A picture of an object or place can tell part of the story, too.
Whatsoeverish’s reunion photo hunt describes adapting photo ideas to reunion activities and sharing a slideshow afterward. The Crafting Chicks’ printable scavenger hunt uses a different format: finding people who match descriptions. This MemoirWell page is a photo-prompt list, with its own original starters and layout. It does not copy either publisher’s game.
A fictional photo reminder
Jo changes a prompt to The recipe card on the welcome table. Her note says Ask Rosa whose handwriting it is; file name to add later. Jo marks Done for her own record after making the picture she wants to keep. Jo and these details are invented.
Use the photo-caption tool later to keep names, dates and sources beside a picture. For a game based on family questions, use the separate reunion trivia sheet. Each tool has its own copy; nothing transfers automatically.
Before you play or print
Can I print a family reunion photo scavenger hunt right away?
Yes. Twelve original prompts are ready to edit or print, with empty Done boxes and room for your own notes. Print from the editor or Review my hunt. Preview Letter or A4 before printing; long wording and notes can use more pages.
Can I change the prompts or make an empty sheet?
Edit or clear any starter and add prompts up to twenty. Start with an empty hunt asks once, then replaces all prompts with one empty prompt while keeping your heading fields. Undo restores the whole hunt and your previous prompt selection, including all words and Done marks, until you edit or mark a prompt, add a prompt, or close the page. Heading edits keep this Undo available; a new Clear replaces the previous Undo. Filled copies skip entries with no words and no Done mark, keeping original numbers. Printed copies add empty numbered rows after the last prompt through twenty, with Done boxes for your own ideas. These paper-only rows are not added to TXT or the editor. If you clear every prompt, note and mark, printing becomes a fifteen-row handwriting sheet with room for other ideas. A title or team name alone keeps that empty sheet.
Do I take or upload photos on this page?
No. This is a text list for the activity. Use your own camera and keep pictures wherever you normally save them. A filename in a note is only your text: no photo is attached, uploaded, checked, stored or shared by this tool.
Does Done update everyone’s list?
No. Each browser has its own list. Done records your choice; it does not confirm a photo exists or send anything to another person. An entry with only a Done mark is included in the saved copy.
What happens to my words and marks?
They stay only in this page’s memory. Nothing is uploaded or autosaved. Download text or print before leaving: refreshing or closing restores the original starters and clears your edits, notes and marks. Saved TXT and PDF copies cannot be reopened here for editing.
How do Clear and Undo work?
Clear this prompt asks first, then removes its wording, note and Done mark. Undo restores all three until you write in or mark that same prompt, or close the page. Editing a heading or another prompt keeps Undo available. Spaces and line breaks are preserved in text downloads and printing.
Keep the story behind one moment
Save your hunt first. MemoirWell’s separate guided interview can help you develop a memory into an AI-assisted draft chapter to check and edit. It does not import this list or your photographs.
