A free list for your own notes of thanks
Keep the kindness beside the name.
A meal left at the door, flowers from a friend, someone who helped with the gathering. Keep a small record of the support you want to remember, with room for a personal detail and a mark when you have thanked someone.

A gentle way to organize your own thanks
Add only the people and gestures you want on your list. A personal detail can help when you sit down to write. Thanked is a mark you control: use it after a card, a call or whatever form of thanks you choose. There is no deadline or automatic follow-up here.
Funeral.com’s practical tracking advice suggests a simple list of names, contact details, the help received and a personal detail. Day Designer’s printable tracker description also pairs gifts or acts of kindness with a check-off list. These explain the use of a tracker; the fields and layout here are original.
A fictional example
Rosa Ortiz · contact details to check · brought soup and sat with the family · remembered the blue kitchen table · card written. Mark Thanked yourself when it suits your own record.
When you are ready to write one message, open the separate thank-you note worksheet and add your own words. Information is not transferred between tools.
About your list
Is this a free printable funeral thank-you tracker?
Yes. Edit the list without an account, download a text copy or use your browser’s print dialog to print or save a PDF on Letter or A4. Check the paper size and preview; turn off the browser’s own headers and footers if you do not want them.
How many entries can I keep?
Start with three empty entries and add up to one hundred people or groups. The entry count shows the space remaining; at one hundred, Add an entry stays unavailable. Only written or marked entries appear in the saved or printed list.
Does marking Thanked send a message?
No. It is only your manual mark in this list. The tool does not send cards, email or texts, verify delivery, schedule reminders or contact anyone.
What prints on a blank or partly filled list?
If all entries are empty and unmarked, you get a handwriting sheet with fifteen places, each with a line for a personal detail, including when only the header is filled. Once an entry has words or a Thanked mark, only entries with words or marks print, under their original numbers. Empty table cells stay empty. Personal notes sit directly under their own entry. Long fields can continue across pages; check preview before printing.
What is included in the text download?
Written or marked entries keep their original numbers, field labels and Thanked: yes or no. Untouched entries are omitted, and your written fields keep their spaces and line breaks. An entirely blank list exports one labeled entry with lines to fill.
Can I undo clearing an entry?
Clear this entry asks first. Keep returns you to that button. Undo restores all five text fields and the Thanked mark, including from Review. Writing or changing the mark in that same entry retires its Undo; header edits and work in another entry do not. Clearing a different entry replaces the earlier Undo. Closing or refreshing clears the page.
Are names or contact details saved online?
No. Your list stays in this page’s memory and is not uploaded or autosaved. Refreshing or closing clears it. Save a TXT or printed copy before leaving, include only details you want in that copy, and share it only with the people you choose.
