An address page you can update yourself
Use a name or household, the address as it should be written, and any phone number or email you want on this copy. Leave a field empty when it does not belong here. You can note when you last checked the details, but the page cannot tell whether an address is current.
My Frugal Home’s address-page guide describes printing pages for a planner or binder, adding pages and updating contacts when people move. 101 Planners’ contact-list guide describes fields for names, postal addresses, phone numbers, email and notes. This MemoirWell page uses its own wording and layout.
A fictional example
Name: Jo and Rosa. Postal address: 14 Example Lane, Apt 2, then the town and postal code on the next line. Note: Ask whether this address is still current before sending the reunion invitation. These people and details are invented.
Only include details you want in the printed or saved copy, and ask before sharing someone else’s contact information. For dates, keep a separate family birthday calendar. When you are ready to write, the personal letter worksheet gives you space for your own words. Save each page before leaving.
Before you save the page
Can I print a blank family address book page?
Yes. A blank page has 12 rows for names, postal addresses, phone numbers and email, plus lines for notes. Adding only a title, group or last-checked note keeps the blank layout. Print extra pages for more contacts. Preview Letter or A4 before printing; long identifying fields can need another page.
What appears in a filled address book?
Only contacts with something written in them appear, under their original entry numbers. A contact with only notes is included. The table keeps names, addresses, phone numbers and email together, with each written note directly below its contact. Empty table cells stay empty. Your spaces and line breaks are preserved. Long entries can continue onto more pages.
Will this check addresses, sort names or contact anyone?
No. All fields are plain text. There is no address lookup, email or phone validation, automatic sorting, messaging, import or contact sync. Entries stay in the order you add them. Update details yourself when they change.
Where is my address book saved?
Only in this page’s memory. It is not uploaded or autosaved. Refreshing or closing clears it, so download text or print before leaving. An empty text download gives one contact outline. TXT and PDF copies cannot be reopened here for editing.
How do Clear and Undo work?
Clear this entry asks first. Undo restores all five fields until you write new text in that same entry or close the page. Editing the identifying fields or another contact keeps Undo available. Browser-menu printing also works while you are editing.
Keep a story with the family names
Save your address book first. MemoirWell’s separate guided interview can help turn a memory you choose to share into an AI-assisted draft chapter to check and edit. It does not import contacts or send invitations.
