Getting the worksheet ready…

The worksheet hasn’t loaded. Reload the page

Your packing list stays in this page’s memory. It is not uploaded or autosaved: refreshing or closing clears it. Download text or print before leaving. Include only details you want in the saved copy.

Make room for the things you want to bring

Start with twelve reminders to edit, or start with an empty list. Add up to twenty items, keep your own quantities and mark an item when you have packed it. Each starter is optional; check your plans with the organizer yourself.

Item 1

Name something your household wants to bring. Edit a starter or write your own.

Use your own words, such as two sets or one per person. Quantities are not added or converted.

Add a name or household detail that helps you pack. Nothing is assigned or sent.

Keep a place to find it, an arrangement to check or another reminder with this item.

A list for the person coming to the reunion

Start with your household’s plans, then check what the organizer has asked you to bring. A day visit, an overnight stay and an outdoor gathering can call for different things. Edit or clear any starter that does not belong on your list.

Reunly’s what-to-bring guide separates an attendee’s packing list from the organizer’s supplies, and includes family photos, a recipe card and agreed food contributions. Spring Lakes Ranch’s packing checklist includes clothing, photo albums, games, chargers and reusable bottles. This MemoirWell list uses original starter wording and its own layout.

A fictional packing reminder

Rosa writes Copies of the porch photos, quantity One envelope, for Jo and Rosa. Her note says Ask Lee which pictures to bring. She marks Packed after putting the envelope in her bag. Rosa and these details are invented.

A check mark records your own action. It does not confirm a booking, another person’s plans or an organizer’s agreement. Use the potluck sheet to keep agreed dishes together, and read the reunion invitation for the details you were given. Save each copy separately.

Before you pack or print

Can I print the family reunion packing list right away?

Yes. The page starts with twelve original reminders and empty Packed boxes. Edit them for your plans, then print from the editor or Review my list. Preview Letter or A4 before printing; long fields or notes can use more pages.

Can I write my own items or print an empty sheet?

Every starter can be edited or cleared, and you can add items up to twenty. Start with an empty list asks once, then replaces all items with one empty item while keeping your heading fields. Undo restores the whole list and your previous item selection, including all words and Packed marks, until you edit or mark an item, add an item, or close the page. Heading edits keep this Undo available; a new Clear replaces the previous Undo. Filled copies skip items with no written fields and no Packed mark, keeping original item numbers. They leave blank rows after the last item, up to number twenty, for extras to write by hand. Those blank rows are paper only. If you clear every item and mark, the print becomes a fifteen-row handwriting sheet with room for other reminders. Identifying fields alone do not count as an item.

Does this add quantities or organize things for me?

No. Quantity or packing reminder is your own text, such as two sets or one per person. Nothing is added, converted, sorted, purchased or sent. A marked item with no wording is still included so you can add its name later.

What happens to my words and check marks?

They stay only in this page’s memory. Nothing is uploaded or autosaved. Download text or print before leaving: refreshing or closing returns to the starter list and clears your changes and marks. Saved TXT and PDF copies cannot be reopened here for editing.

How do Clear and Undo work?

Clear this item asks first, then removes its four written fields and Packed mark. Undo restores all five until you write in or mark that same item, or close the page. Editing a heading or another item keeps Undo available.

Will my notes stay with the right item?

Written notes appear directly below their item in the filled table, in the same order you entered the items. Spaces and line breaks are preserved in TXT and printing. Ordinary item and note groups stay together where they fit; very long groups can continue on another page.
